so let me be the first to ask: I am very much interested in LMC part but some "procedural" aspects seem to me unclear at the moment. As far I know moot court competitions, the case is given some time before and then a team of students cooperates in order to prepare a memorandum - when is the case revealed at the BCC 08 and will there be a team formed or do the applicants study the case on their own?

at LMC Sub-Competition level and Finals level there will be two different approaches.

At the SC the participants will receive the case 2 weeks before the competitions and will at the same time find out whether they will compete as applicants or respondents. They will compete individually (not in teams) 2 persons in front of a jury against each other. (applicant against respondent) According to the evaluation by the jury members the winners of the SC will be selected.

At the final competition in Vienna, a different case will be sent out to the participants a month before the competition. At the same time the teams will be allocated. A selected team captain will be responsible to choose 2 applicants and 2 respondents in the team. The competition itself will then be held in teams in front of jury who will again choose the winning team.

As I have been informed, the Slovenian MEC is held in Graz, Austria on 17 and 18 May. It states in the e-mail, that I am to confirm my participaption as soon as posible.
My question is, to whom do I confirm this, and what way? I mean - by email or is there a special form on the aplication somewhere that I failed to see?

I also want to know about the accomodation possibilities that you said would organise - do I have to apply somewhere for that also?

As already stated in the e-mail, we will take care for the accommodation. There is no need to register for this as we will organize rooms for everyone.

I have a question about ICT Sub-competition. When will we get the case? Will we get it now, before competition or are we getting it on Bled?
